Yes, when they're done the right way, which is the only way we operate. Everything available on Peplux is prescription-based: a US-licensed clinician evaluates you and prescribes only treatments with a real legal basis, dispensed by a US-licensed pharmacy. We never sell "research use only" vials for human use, and anything without a legal path (like our reserve-list peptides) is clearly marked not for sale.
Because right now it can't legally be sold for human use. BPC-157 and the other reserve peptides are not FDA-approved and US pharmacies cannot legally compound them today. FDA's advisory committee is scheduled to review seven of them on July 23-24, 2026. Plenty of sites sell them anyway with a "research only" sticker; we think that's exactly what's wrong with this category.
